Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Gaia-Tree and any person making a booking or purchase through this website.

Bookings

All bookings (accommodation, space, or event) are subject to confirmation by our team within 48 hours. The booking only becomes final upon receipt of the confirmation email.

Pricing

Prices shown on the website are in euros, tax included. Gaia-Tree reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; services are invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of booking.

Cancellation

All cancellations must be notified by email. Cancellation conditions vary depending on the type of service. For accommodation, free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the arrival date. Beyond that, cancellation fees may apply.

Payment

Payment is made online through our secure platform (Stripe) or on-site. For online bookings, payment is charged at the time of confirmation.

Liability

Gaia-Tree makes every effort to ensure the smooth running of its services. However, its liability cannot be held in cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction of the registered office of Gaia-Tree.
